COMMUTE TRIP REDUCTION. The Employer may provide trip reduction incentives and other Commute Trip Reduction (CTR) programs consistent with the Western CTR program and available resources.
COMMUTE TRIP REDUCTION. The County reserves the right to implement programs to ensure compliance with the CTRA of 1992 or similar legislation. The Union retains the right to negotiate regarding parking fees or similar issues having a negative financial impact on employees prior to implementation.

The County reserves the right to implement programs to ensure compliance with the CTRA of 1992 or similar legislation, including, but not limited to, assessment of parking fees, preferential parking for carpools, restricted parking areas for public and designated County employees. The Union retains the right to negotiate regarding parking fees or similar issues having a negative financial impact on employees prior to implementation. The County agrees to provide at least two (2) carpool parking spaces at Bremerton Government Center to employees of the County covered by the Agreement who are based at Bremerton Government Center. The carpool spaces will be assigned upon application of the employees on the same basis which carpool spaces are assigned under the Commute Trip Reduction Program in effect at the Courthouse Campus.
COMMUTE TRIP REDUCTION. The County shall have the right to implement programs to insure compliance with the Commute Trip Reduction Act of 1992, including, but not limited to, assessment of parking fees, preferential parking for car pool, restricted parking areas for public and designated County employees. The County agrees that any program implementation directly affecting unit membership shall be made at the same period with the Courthouse bargaining unit.
COMMUTE TRIP REDUCTION. The City participates in a Commute Trip Reduction (CTR) program and encourages employees to use alternate modes of transportation to get to and from work. For employees who use alternate modes of transportation for their work commute at least 50% of their scheduled work time (based on mandatory monthly self-reporting), the employee may choose one of the following benefits the City will provide:
a. a monthly cash incentive in the amount of at least $25 for commute trips by bicycle, e-bike, carpool, transit, train, vanpool, walk, electric or kick scooter, and skate; or
b. 100% of the cost of a bus pass; or
c. the option of a vanpool and will pay a variable amount (amount depends on the numbers of participants) to participating employees.
COMMUTE TRIP REDUCTION. The City participates in a Commute Trip Reduction (CTR) program and encourages employees to use alternate modes of transportation to get to and from work. For employees who use alternate modes of transportation for their work commute at least 60% of their scheduled work time (based on mandatory monthly self-reporting), the City will provide:
a. a taxable cash incentive ($25) for bicycling, walking, or carpooling to work; or
b. 100% of the cost of a bus pass; or
c. the option of a vanpool and will pay a variable amount (amount depends on the numbers of participants) to participating employees. Incentives are currently available to all participating employees, regardless of their current work location.
COMMUTE TRIP REDUCTION. The District will continue to encourage but not require employees to use alternate means of transportation to commute to and from work consistent with the Commute Trip Reduction law and the needs of the District. In addition, the District recognizes the benefit of electrical vehicles in reducing emissions and providing the public with cleaner air. The District and the Union recognize the value of compressed workweeks, flextime arrangements and telecommuting/telework. Employees may choose an alternative work schedule with supervisor approval to enable them to carpool, use transit, or reduce their vehicle miles traveled.

COMMUTE TRIP REDUCTION. 19.1 Employees will receive a card for travel known as a “One Regional Card for All (ORCA)” card for fare-free access to local public transportation. Employees may use the ORCA card for business or personal purposes.

29.3 Employees may choose an alternative work schedule with supervisor approval to enable them to carpool, use transit, or reduce their vehicle miles traveled.
