Use of Planning Time. Use of planning time shall be at the professional discretion of the teacher. Planning time is provided so that teachers are prepared for their students and is scheduled to occur on campus to facilitate the development of daily lesson plans, minimize interruptions, provide access to resources, and encourage grade level/department planning with colleagues.
