Use of SIP Service. BullsEye’s Digital Voice Session Initiation Protocol (“SIP”) Service shall not be used in connection with resale applications, foreign exchange services, public telephone services, calls to Internet Service Providers, broadcast facsimile applications, or with aggregated end user traffic equipment. Client shall not share, resell, or allow the use of BullsEye’s SIP Service, in whole or in part, by any third party, including but not limited to other providers of computer or communications services. Client shall not combine traffic or use BullsEye’s SIP Service for anything other than providing SIP origination or termination service to its own end points. Client expressly agrees, represents and warrants that no calls will be made via use of BullsEye’s SIP Service from any location other than (i) the actual Client premises specifically designated by Client on the Pricing Exhibit and Service Orders, as applicable, and at which SIP Service is established, or (ii) from Client branch locations interconnected to such Client premises by BullsEye-provided VPN or third-party networks. BullsEye reserves the right to discontinue furnishing SIP Service if Client's usage, in BullsEye’s sole discretion, is deemed not to be that of an expressly authorized application.

Related to Use of SIP Service

  • Use of Site 4.13.1 The Contractor shall confine operations at the site to areas permitted by law, including areas designated for operations or prohibited from operations by any applicable permit and or regulation, ordinances, permits and the Contract Documents and shall not unreasonably encumber the site with any materials or equipment.

  • Use of Sick Leave a. An employee, other than a casual employee, with responsibilities in relation to a class of person set out in subparagraph (ii) of paragraph (c) of this sub-clause, who needs the employee’s care and support shall be entitled to use, in accordance with this sub-clause, any current or accrued sick leave entitlements provided for in clause 18 of the award, sick leave, for absences to provide care and support for such persons when they are ill. Such leave may be taken for part of a single day.

  • Use of Service Each Party shall make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that its Customers comply with the provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to the provisions of applicable Tariffs) applicable to the use of Services purchased by it under this Agreement.

  • Use of Software Any software that is available on the Services ("Software") is the copyrighted work of Red Hat and/or its licensors. Copying or reproducing the Software to any other server or location for further reproduction or redistribution is strictly prohibited, unless such reproduction or redistribution is permitted by a license agreement accompanying such Software. You may not create derivative works of the Software, or attempt to decompile or reverse-engineer the Software unless otherwise permitted by law. Use of the Software is subject to the license terms of any license agreement that may accompany or is provided with the Software. You may not download any Software until you have read and accepted the terms of the accompanying software license. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, THE SOFTWARE IS WARRANTED, IF AT ALL, ONLY ACCORDING TO THE TERMS OF THE SEPARATE LICENSE AGREEMENT ACCOMPANYING THE SOFTWARE. EXCEPT AS WARRANTED IN SUCH LICENSE AGREEMENT, RED HAT, ITS PARENT, SUBSIDIARY, AND AFFILIATE COMPANIES, AND ITS LICENSORS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH REGARD TO THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

  • Misuse of Sick Leave Use of sick leave for that which it was not intended or provided.

  • Use of Services Mobile Banking will not work unless you use it properly. You accept responsibility for making sure that you understand how to use Mobile Banking before you actually do so, and you use Mobile Banking in accordance with any online instructions posted on our website. You also accept responsibility for making sure that you know how to properly use your wireless device and the Mobile Banking software ("Software") required to use the Service. The Software is provided by a service provider not affiliated with the Credit Union and you are solely responsible for entering a license agreement to use the software. We assume no responsibility for the operation, security, or functionality of any wireless device or mobile network which you utilize to access the Mobile Banking service. Financial information shown on the Mobile Banking service reflects the most recent account information available through the Mobile Banking service.   • Use of Service Areas The service areas, as located within the Project, shall be ear- marked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, Pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, firefighting pumps and equipment etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces and the same shall be reserved for use by the Association for rendering maintenance services.

  • Abuse of Sick Leave Misuse of leave, violation of orders, directives, or contractual requirements concerning the use of sick leave and other forms of leave used in lieu of sick leave are cause for disciplinary action.

  • Use of Services and Content 3.1 Sage Services are only available to bona fide end-users with a requirement for services of the nature of those that we provide. We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement without further liability to you where we have reasonable grounds to suspect that your use of the Sage Services is for competitive purposes (including competitive monitoring, assessment or otherwise).

  • Use of Volunteers The School covenants and represents that all volunteers it allows access to its students or the Facility will comply with state regulations regarding the use of volunteers set out in Section 6.50.18
