Use of the House. Guests shall comply with state and municipal laws and ordinances. Guests shall not use the beach house or permit it to be used for any disorderly or unlawful purpose or in any manner to interfere with other resident’s quiet enjoyment of their residence or vacation. Any misuse of the beach house will result in removal from premises and no refund will be given.
Use of the House. 2.1 Party B leases the above houses for office use only.
Use of the House. After consultations between Party A and Party B, Party B promised Party A that the house will be leased for office use only. Party B guarantees the use of the house. During the contract period, Party B shall not arbitrarily sublet, lend or change the use of the house without the consent of Party A.
Use of the House. 2.1 The premises rented by Party B shall be used only for the purpose of conducting business in the relevant industry as agreed in the “Basic Information Form of the Contract” annexed to the Contract, and shall not be used for other purposes without the written consent of Party A. Party B shall not sublet or sublet the premises in whole or in part to a third party or exchange the premises with a third party.
Use of the House. 6.1 The House leased to Party B will be used by Party B for office purpose only.
