Required Data. The Policyholder must give Us all data that We need to administer this Policy. Examination Of Records. We have the right to examine all records of the Policyholder that pertain to the life insurance provided by this Policy. Continuation Of This Policy. This Policy will continue in force, subject to the Policy Termination provision.

In order to enable Seller to provide spare parts support, upon request Customer shall provide Seller with data and information regarding how Aircraft will be operated and maintained, including Aircraft flight hours per day, average flight cycle or flight leg times, desired performance levels of new Aircraft parts, data formats, and any other data or manuals reasonably requested by Seller.

(a) soil organic carbon stock measurements at a particular location, as determined by the Commonwealth and notified to the Grantee from time to time
(b) copies of submission request form for submission of soil specimens to the CSIRO National Soil Archive in accordance with the following terms:
1. The Grantee must, in the format and at the times specified by the Commonwealth from time to time, and in any case at the same time it is required to provide any Reporting Material:
(a) provide the Required Data to the Commonwealth; and
(b) provide sufficient information on how the Required Data was derived and the methods, standards, and procedures followed and used.
2. The Grantee must also ensure that the Required Data that is provided is compliant with the relevant Australian standards and guidelines and supplied following the FAIR (findable, accessible, interoperable and reusable) data principles and any other standard the Commonwealth may advise as being applicable to the Required Data.
3. In addition to the licence granted to the Commonwealth under ST 3.2 of this Agreement in respect of Activity Material, to the extent that any Intellectual Property Rights subsist in the Required Data:
(a) the Grantee will retain ownership of those rights; and
(b) the Grantee must grant, and by executing this Agreement does grant, to the Commonwealth, and to any other potential user of the Required Data, an irrevocable, worldwide licence (including a right to sublicense) to use, publish, modify, access, communicate, exploit and commercialise the Required Data for any purpose.
4. For clarity, the Grantee agrees that the Commonwealth may provide the Required Data to any subcontractor or nominee to host on, and provide access to, the Required Data through the Australian Soil Resource Information System (ASRIS) or any other system that may be notified by the Commonwealth to the Grantee from time to time.

ii. Dollar amount financed (the amount of the assessment and/or special tax)
iii. Listing of all energy efficiency and water conservation eligible improvements installed by virtue of the financing, including the unit of measure for the improvement and the quantity installed as captured by Participating Contractor
iv. Listing of all renewable generation improvements installed and the solar STC-DC rating in xxxxx or kilowatts as captured by Participating Contractor
v. Estimated energy and water savings (in appropriate units) associated with the project
Required Data. 7.1 The Client is obliged to immediately provide Logisticon with all required data, including drawings, calculations and other details relating to the project to be surveyed and/or executed.
7.2 The Client is responsible for the data he provides, both in respect of water or soil history and the survey material and use of the surveyed site. The Client is responsible for all possible obstacles in and on the site.
7.3 if the Client fails to adequately comply with the aforesaid duty of disclosure, all additional costs and subsequent fi- nancial losses are at his expense. The project price is based on an orderly and manageable situation, proper co- operation on the part of the Client and normal anticipated circumstances under which the project can be executed.
Required Data. Technical Support may require LICENSEE to provide various pieces of data and information in order to provide the LICENSEE with Support Services (including without limitation copies of video files, database backup files, network captures, log files, software profiles and workflow files). The LICENSEE hereby acknowledges and agrees that if LICENSEE fails to provide access to all required data and information or itis otherwise unavailable, QUMU shall be severely limited in terms of the Support Services it is able to provide to LICENSEE and QUMU’s obligations in this respect, including without limitation the service levels set out herein, shall be reduced accordingly. QUMU may at its own discretion close any open support requests if a LICENSEE refuses or fails to provide the required data needed to resolve the LICENSEE’s issue.
