The User Satisfaction Surveys clause establishes the right or obligation for a party to conduct surveys to assess the satisfaction levels of users regarding a product or service. User Satisfaction Surveys eFunds and Deluxe shall develop jointly a Deluxe user satisfaction survey. Within ninety (90) days after the Effective Date, eFunds shall commence such user satisfaction interviews, provide a report to identify any part of the Services that needs to be improved, and subsequently to follow up on any user concerns. Upon Deluxe's request, Deluxe may examine the original interview user score sheets, questionnaires or other survey materials upon which any such eFunds report is based. eFunds shall repeat such user satisfaction surveys at least once per calendar year during the Term and more often as Deluxe may reasonably request, based on the prior surveys' results. Deluxe may consider such survey results in evaluating eFunds' performance of its obligations under the Contract Documents and qualifications to be awarded additional business. eFunds covenants that measured Deluxe user satisfaction in such surveys shall be a material performance criterion for eFunds' compensation of its management. User Satisfaction Surveys. In order to gauge the above, the Contract Owner may on 30 (thirty) days notice to the Contractor, conduct user satisfaction surveys during the currency of this Agreement. Such survey shall be conducted at the Contract Owner's cost amongst the users of the Services within the User Entities.
User Satisfaction Surveys. Online Resources will conduct periodic (monthly) end user satisfaction surveys. The purpose of the survey is to measure users' perception of the quality of the service versus their expectations. Approximately one percent of users across Online Resources' clients are randomly selected for the survey. No user will receive a survey more than once every 365 days. Surveys are performed online and are anonymous (Online Resources cannot identify the user). At the time of this contract the survey measures overall user satisfaction as well as users' perception of: system performance, account statement, bill payment and customer care. The results of the survey ▇▇▇ incorporated into the Service Quality Index which are available to the financial institution on a periodic (monthly) basis.

  • Satisfaction Surveys In order to assess the level of performance of the Supplier, the Customer may undertake satisfaction surveys in respect of the Supplier's provision of the Services. The Customer shall be entitled to notify the Supplier of any aspects of their performance of the provision of the Services which the responses to the Satisfaction Surveys reasonably suggest are not in accordance with this Call Off Contract.   • Due Diligence Examination At any time during the Review Period, and thereafter through Closing of the Property, Buyer and/or its representatives and agents shall have the right to enter upon the Property at all reasonable times for the purposes of reviewing all Records and other data, documents and/or information relating to the Property and conducting such surveys, appraisals, engineering tests, soil tests (including, without limitation, Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments), inspections of construction and other inspections and other studies as Buyer deems reasonable and necessary or appropriate to evaluate the Property, subject to providing reasonable advance notice to Seller unless otherwise agreed to by Buyer and Seller (the “Due Diligence Examination”). Seller shall have the right to have its representative present during Buyer’s physical inspections of its Property, provided that failure of Seller to do so shall not prevent Buyer from exercising its due diligence, review and inspection rights hereunder. Buyer agrees to exercise reasonable care when visiting the Property, in a manner which shall not materially adversely affect the operation of the Property.

  • Inspection/Testing In order to assess Supplier’s work quality and/or compliance with this Order, upon reasonable notice by Buyer: (a) all goods, materials and services related to the items purchased hereunder, including, raw materials, components, assemblies, work in process, tools and end products shall be subject to inspection and testing by Buyer, its customer, representative or regulatory authorities at all places, including sites where the goods are made or located or the services are performed, whether at Supplier’s premises or elsewhere; and (b) all of Supplier’s facilities, books and records relating to this Order shall be subject to inspection by Buyer or its designee. If specific Buyer and/or Buyer’s customer tests, inspection and/or witness points are included in this Order, the goods shall not be shipped without an inspector’s release or a written waiver of test/inspection/witness with respect to each such point; however, Buyer shall not be permitted to unreasonably delay shipment; and Supplier shall notify Buyer in writing at least twenty (20) days prior to each of Supplier’s scheduled final and, if applicable, intermediate test/inspection/witness points. Supplier agrees to cooperate with such/audit inspection including, completing and returning questionnaires and making available its knowledgeable representatives. Buyer’s failure to inspect or test goods, materials or services or Buyer’s failure to reject or detect defects by inspection or testing shall not relieve Supplier from its warranty obligations or any of its other obligations or responsibilities under this Order.
