Maintenance Access. Landlord shall have unrestricted access to any and all air-conditioning facilities in the Leased Premises for the purpose of repairs, maintenance, alterations, and improvements, but in exercising its rights under this subsection Landlord shall use its best efforts to minimize interference with Tenant's business in the Leased Premises.
Maintenance Access. Regular maintenance is crucial to the long-term effectiveness of stormwater management systems. Such systems must be designed to permit personnel and equipment access and to accommodate regular maintenance activities. For example, high maintenance features such as inlets, outlets, and pumps should be easily accessible to maintenance equipment and personnel. Legal authorization, such as an easement, deed restrictions, or other instrument must be provided establishing a right-of-way or access for maintenance of the stormwater management system unless the operation and maintenance entity wholly owns or retains ownership of the property. The following are requirements for specific types of maintenance access easements:
(a) Easements must cover at least the primary and high maintenance components of the system (i.e., inlets, outlets, littoral zones, filters, pumps, etc.).
(b) Easements for waterbodies, open conveyance systems, stormwater basins and storage areas must meet the following requirements:
1. Include the area of the water surface measured at the control elevation; and
2. Be a minimum of 20 feet from the edge of water at the control elevation or top of bank and include side slopes no steeper than 4H:1V.
(c) Easements adjacent to water control structures must be a minimum of 20 feet wide.
(d) Easements for piped stormwater conveyance must be a minimum of the width of the pipe plus 4 times the depth of the pipe invert.
(e) Access easements must be 20 feet wide from a public road or public right-of-way to the stormwater management system.
(f) As an alternative, the applicant may propose other authorization for maintenance access provided the applicant affirmatively demonstrates that equipment can enter and perform the necessary maintenance on the system.
Maintenance Access. The City, including its agents and contractors shall at all reasonable times have access to the property supplied with water from the System for the purpose of examining the facilities and apparatus to ascertain the water use, quantity, manner or use, or any related information.
Maintenance Access. The 2.5m wide maintenance access is constructed to link up Lantau Trail and the check dam for future maintenance purpose. The alignment of the maintenance access is designed to minimize the extent of excavation and to avoid any felling of mature trees on site. In addition, amenity / screening planting of native trees such as Litsea glutinosa, Mallotus paniculatus and Sapium sebiferum will be provided along both sides of the maintenance access to screen and blend in with the natural surroundings. The schedule of the amenity / screening planting along the access is presented in Appendix I. Tree survey was conducted to identify the condition of existing trees within the proposed works area. The tree survey report is enclosed in Appendix G. All existing trees are proposed to be left intact and preserved. Method statement of protection of existing trees during construction stage is enclosed in Appendix H. Drawing No. 51802/TUN/1101B showing the layout plan and schedule of landscape works is enclosed in Appendix I.
Maintenance Access. 10 Developer shall provide 12-foot-wide maintenance access at the toe of fill and cut slopes along 11 both sides of the Freeway. The maintenance access roads must be traversable by a light-duty 12 truck with a flat-bed trailer. The maintenance access must be continuous with the exception of 13 through the South Mountain ridges, across the Laveen Area Conveyance Channel, across the 14 Salt River, across the Roosevelt Irrigation District Canal, and across the Union Pacific Railroad. 15 Developer may use frontage and access roads as maintenance roads. 16 Developer shall design maintenance access to channels in accordance with Section DR 17 445.3.6.4 of the TPs.
Maintenance Access. 1. Space shall be provided around all equipment for routine maintenance and inspection in strict accordance with recommendations of the manufacturer. Where these requirements are not met, equipment shall be relocated at no cost to the Tenant prior to system acceptance.
2. VAV boxes and AC units/heat pumps.
a. Equipment shall be located where readily accessed for maintenance , not over light fixtures, ceiling height partitions, or large, difficult-to-move furniture such as cabinets and desks. Where possible, locate in corridors or over entry doors to rooms where it is assured no furniture will be located below.
b. Do not locate over inaccessible ceilings unless there are no practical options. If required, access doors shall be provided to allow for complete and ready access to filters, valves, and all components requiring routine maintenance.
c. Service and maintenance access and access doors shall not be blocked by conduit, sprinkler lines, cable trays, ceiling hangers, etc.
3. Installations of new equipment shall be reviewed and approved by Building Engineer prior to closing up ceilings.
Maintenance Access. Each Party agrees to permit the other access to the Retention Area for the purpose of conducting reasonable works, updates, new construction, and maintenance. Examples of Maintenance include but are not limited to mowing the lawn, removing debris or clearing pipes in order to ensure the Retention area operates as intended under the Permits. Both Parties further agree to permit SFWMD or any successor agency, having jurisdiction over the Permits to enter the Retention Area for inspections or emergency maintenance.
Maintenance Access. The LED display matrix and other internal PCMS components shall be accessible through doorways by opening the face of display. The face is maintained open by a pneumatic system.
Maintenance Access. 3.4.1 Maintenance access will be provided for vehicle to access to transformer room and the access opening. The maintenance vehicle will access to the pumping station from Granville Square.
3.4.2 No car parking space will be provided within the site area.
Maintenance Access. At the request of the Resort, the Seasonal is responsible to for-hire or personally remove their RV and personal property from the site for maintenance or renovation access. In emergency situations (fallen trees or utility failure), the Seasonal is responsible to for-hire or personally remove their RV and personal property from the site within 24 hours-notice. Seasonal absolves the Resort from liability relating to towing their RV with details as per ‘SCHEDULE A’. X Seasonal X Spouse 17. SWIMMING AREA/LAKE WAtER PLAYGROUND/DOCKS/BEACH: No lifeguard on duty. NO SMOKING at the beach area or on the docks. Lake access and swimming is at the Seasonal’s/Spouses/Guests/Child’s own risk.
