Uzbekistan. “In accordance with section 4 of article 13 of the Agreement, the Republic of Uzbekistan declares that it does not consider itself bound by the provisions of section 2 of article 11 of the Agreement.” Since the procedure established for the settlement of disputes arising in connexion with the application or interpretation of this Agreement is incompatible with Venezulean legislation, Venezuela expresses a specific reservation concerning article 11, section 2.
