VACATION ACCRUAL RATES AND CAPS. Full-time and part-time employees shall accrue and earn vacation based on continuous years of service based on the following schedule: Length of Continuous Service Accrual Rate Max Accrual Cap 0-1 year .0385 per hour worked 88 Hours 2- 9 years .0577 per hour worked 128 Hours 10+ years .0770 per hour worked 168 Hours Employees will accrue vacation time during their first six months of employment, but such vacation time shall not vest nor be available until completion of the first six months.
