Vacation Accrual Upon Termination. When an employee terminates, the accrual of vacation shall cease as of the last day of work, except when an employee is on paid sick leave. If an employee should be on paid sick leave, the accrual of paid vacation shall continue until paid sick leave has been exhausted.
