VACATION AND HOLIDAY PAY. 10.01 Vacation and Holiday pay for all employees covered by this Agreement shall be paid at the rate of ten percent (10%) of the gross wages earned. That part of the amount allocated to vacation pay shall be the minimum required and the balance shall be in lieu of payment for recognized Statutory Holidays.

That part of the amount allocated to vacation earned during each pay period.
19.02 Employees shall be the minimum required entitled to a holiday pay allowance of two percent (2%) of gross wages earned during each pay period.
19.03 Vacation and the balance shall be in lieu of payment for recognized Statutory HolidaysHoliday entitlements are payable on each pay day.
