Common use of VACATION AND HOLIDAY PAY Clause in Contracts

VACATION AND HOLIDAY PAY. As of the effective date of this Agreement, Employee will be entitled to: (i) accrue vacation time at the rate of one hundred sixty (160) hours of paid vacation during each year of employment; and (ii) will be eligible to receive pay for Employer-paid holidays.
