Common use of Vacation and Paid Time Off Clause in Contracts

Vacation and Paid Time Off. The Executive shall be eligible for paid vacation and time off in accordance with the policies of the Company applicable to other executives at similar levels of authority with respect to Avadel plc and the Company (currently twenty (20) days per year). The Executive shall also be entitled to the Company’s usual and customary holidays, including two (2) floating holidays each year, to be taken at the Executive’s discretion in accordance with the normal Company paid vacation and time-off policies.

The Executive shall be eligible for entitled to twenty (20) days’ paid vacation each year and shall accrue paid time off in accordance with the policies of the Company applicable Company’s then-current policy for other executive-level employees. The rules relating to other executives at similar levels absences from regular duties for holidays, sick or disability leave, leave of authority with respect to Avadel plc and absence without pay, or for other reasons, shall be the Company (currently twenty (20) days per year). The Executive shall also be entitled same as those provided to the Company’s usual and customary holidays, including two (2) floating holidays each year, to be taken at the Executive’s discretion in accordance with the normal Company paid vacation and time-off policiesother senior executive employees.
