Vacation and Time Off. During the Term, the Employee shall be entitled to certain paid time off, paid holidays, and vacation time in accordance with the policies and procedures as adopted by the Employer and as may be amended from time to time. Vacation time and other time off shall be scheduled by mutual agreement with the Employer.
