Common use of Vacation Approval and Scheduling Clause in Contracts

Vacation Approval and Scheduling. (a) Vacation shall be taken at a time approved by the Employer; such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld and shall reasonably accommodate the choice of the Employee. In scheduling the vacations of Employees, the Employer shall make reasonable effort to arrive at an equitable arrangement of vacation schedules for all Employees. Each employee shall submit a vacation plan for the following 12 months by September 21 of each year.
