Vacation Bonus. In addition to the normal vacation pay provided by Section 21.01, a vacation bonus for certain employees will be established on May 1st of each year when vacation leaves are established. Assuming that all service vacation leave will be paid for on the basis of wage rates then in effect vacation bonus will be paid at the commencement of the employee's annual vacation.
