Common use of Vacation Bonus Clause in Contracts

Vacation Bonus. ‌ Employees shall receive one day's base pay (or adjusted earnings) for each year of service beyond twenty-five (25) years, to a maximum of ten (10) days’ pay. On retirement or termination, vacation bonus payout will be prorated based on the employee’s VCD. 5 Relevant work experience of one year or more is required to receive this credit. 6 Relevant work experience of two years or more is required to receive this credit.
