Vacation Bridging for Affiliates. An employee who transfers to the Company from an affiliate within the Fortis group of companies (the “Affiliate”) shall receive a Vacation Entitlement with the Company equivalent to the Vacation Entitlement they received while at the Affiliate. An employee’s combined years of service with the Affiliate and the Company shall be used to determine the employee’s ongoing Vacation Entitlement with the Company.
