Vacation Credit Accumulation. a. Vacation credits may be accumulated up to 40 days provided, however, that in the event of death, retirement or separation from service, an Employee H:\UAW\2007-11 Collective Bargaining Agreement\UAW\FINALUAW Contract 2007-2011.doc 18 compensated in cash for accrued and unused accumulation may only be so compensated for a maximum of 30 days.
