Vacation Credit While on Leave. Except for periods of Maternity, Parental or Adoption Leave, provided for in Article 8.14, (Maternity Leave and Parental Leave) and Article 8.15, (Adoption Leave), faculty members who are on leave of absence without pay in one calendar month shall be subject to the following provisions with respect to annual vacation credits: Period of leave of absence: • up to and including 15 calendar days — full credit; and • 16 calendar days and more — no credit.
