Vacation, Holidays and Sick Leave. While employed by the Company, Employee shall be entitled to that number of weeks of paid vacation, to be prorated monthly for partial calendar years, and paid holidays and sick leave in accordance with the Company’s standard policies for its executives, as may be amended from time to time in the discretion of the Company’s Board of Directors.
