Vacation Pay and Payment In Lieu of Fringe Benefits. (i) (a) All part-time employees shall be paid in addition to their regular hourly rate (Schedule "A"), the amount of twelve (12%) percent of such wage rate in lieu of Health and Welfare benefits provided full-time employees.
