Employee’s Security. 1. An incumbent House Staff Officer shall not be prevented from completing his/her residency program because of the Medical Center’s decision, for budgetary reasons to reduce the number of House Staff Officers in the program or to make the program, if it is pyramidal in structure, more pyramidal. The foregoing provision shall not be construed to affect existing rights of the parties regarding renewal of appointments.
