Common use of Vacation Pay on Termination Clause in Contracts

Vacation Pay on Termination. An employee whose employment is terminated shall receive vacation pay at the appropriate percentage of the wages or salary earned during the period of entitlement in accordance with the employee's years of service.

An employee Employees who have accrued vacation and whose employment is thereafter terminated shall (except where termination is for dishonesty or gross misconduct in which event they will not be entitled to any pro-rated vacation pay) will receive full payment for their accrued but unused vacation pay at the appropriate percentage of the wages or salary earned during the period of entitlement in accordance with the employee's years of servicebalance.

Vacation Pay on Termination. An employee Employee whose employment is terminated shall receive vacation pay at the appropriate percentage of the wages or salary insurable earnings earned during the period of entitlement in accordance accor- dance with the employee's Employee’s years of service.
