An Employee whose employment ends at any time during the vacation year, shall be entitled to a proportionate payment of salary or wages in lieu of earned but unused vacation time. In any vacation year, Employees shall be permitted to take their annual vacation prior to having earned it. Should an Employee leave their employment before earning the vacation time taken, the Employee is responsible for payment of unearned vacation credits taken and the Employer will withhold or make deduction from the Employee’s final pay.
