Vacation Pay - Replacement. 1. In stores where a clerk or meat cutter replaces the department manager, the clerk or meat cutter shall receive the minimum rate applicable to the volume of the store. However, in no case shall the person replacing a manager receive less in his total wages for the week because of a change in classification to a manager.
