VACATION PAY UPON TERMINATION OF SERVICE. Employees who sever their employment relationship with the College for any reason, including discharge, shall receive all credited vacation accruals at such time. VACATION PAY UPON TERMINATION OF SERVICE. During the course of the year for reasons of retirement, resignation, or death, employees shall receive whatever vacation accruals are credited at the time of such retirement, resignation or death. Employees discharged under Article 5, herein, shall receive no vacation credit for the month in which the discharge takes place.

  • Benefit Termination Any employee terminating employment shall be entitled to receive the District insurance contribution for the remainder of the calendar month in which the contribution is effective. In cases where separation occurs after completion of the employee’s full contract obligation (i.e. the end of the school/work year), benefit coverage will continue through August 31 of that year.

  • Payment upon Termination In the event that the City or Consultant terminates this Agreement pursuant to Section 8, the City shall compensate the Consultant for all outstanding costs and reimbursable expenses incurred for work satisfactorily completed as of the date of written notice of termination. Consultant shall maintain adequate logs and timesheets in order to verify costs incurred to that date. The City shall have no obligation to compensate Consultant for work not verified by logs or timesheets.
