Common use of Vacation Payment on Termination Clause in Contracts

Vacation Payment on Termination. All terminations shall be handled on the following basis: a) Employees who had received their vacations earned prior to termination shall receive a pro rata payment of 4%, 6%, 8%, 10% or 12% as applicable earnings to date of termination. b) Employees who had not received their earned vacations prior to termination shall receive their regular vacation pay in addition to a pro rata payment of 4%, 6%, 8%, 10% or 12% as applicable of earnings.
