Vacation Policy. 1. All employees are eligible for paid vacation. The rate at which an employee accrues vacation is based on the employee’s completed years of Company Service. The number of days an employee actually accrues, to be used in the next year, is based on the employee’s accrual rate and the number of months the employee is actually paid in the current year.
