Vacation Status. The Employer shall notify, in writing, the employee of his/her eligibility for an increase in vacation benefits. The employer at the request of the employee shall provide to the employee his/her current vacation status.
Vacation Status. Employees who volunteer to work while on vacation shall be paid at the rate of time and one half for the first eight hours of all vacation days worked, and double-time for all hours in excess of eight hours in one day. Standard overtime rates and guidelines apply on days off prior to and immediately following vacation days.
Vacation Status. All pilots who were on vacation status at the commencement of the strike will remain on that status through the duration of the scheduled vacation period. Pilots scheduled for a vacation during the work stoppage, will be certified for vacation pay as scheduled. Vacations may not be deferred.
Vacation Status. 10.1. Customers may not temporarily suspend (i.e., place on Vacation Status) DSL/WIRELESS Services for any period.
