Common use of Vacation Clause in Contracts

Vacation. The Employee shall be entitled to annual paid vacation time of four (4) weeks, accruing ratably over the course of each year of employment, to be taken at such time or times as the Employee may select, consistent with his obligations hereunder. Vacation days not taken during an applicable fiscal year may be carried over to the extent permitted under the Company’s vacation policy to the following fiscal year pursuant such policy.

Vacation. Unless otherwise approved by the Board of Directors of the Employer, accruing ratably over the course of each year of employment, to be taken at such time or times as the Employee may select, consistent with his obligations hereunder. Vacation days accrued vacation not taken during an applicable fiscal in any calendar year may will not be carried over to the extent permitted under the Company’s vacation policy to the following fiscal year pursuant such policyforward or used in any subsequent year.

Vacation. The During the term, Employee shall be entitled to annual paid vacation time of four (4) weeks, accruing ratably over weeks paid vacation per year. The dates of any vacation periods shall be arranged in order that such vacation days shall not materially hinder the course normal functioning of each year of employment, to be taken at such time or times as the Employee may select, consistent with his obligations hereunder. Vacation days not taken during an applicable fiscal year may be carried over to the extent permitted under the Company’s vacation policy to the following fiscal year pursuant such policy's business activities.

Vacation. The Employee shall be entitled to annual paid vacation time of four (4) weeksweeks paid vacation (selected by Employee, accruing ratably over but subject to the course reasonable business requirements of the Employer as determined by the Chief Executive Officer of the Employer) during each full year during the Term of employment, to be taken at such time or times as the Employee may select, consistent with his obligations hereunderEmployment. Employee’s prior employment period with Employer and vacation taken shall be included in this calculation for 2014. Employee shall not be permitted to carryover over vacation from one calendar year of employment, to be taken at such time or times as the Employee may select, consistent with his obligations hereunder. Vacation days not taken during an applicable fiscal year may be carried over to the extent permitted under the Company’s vacation policy to the following fiscal year pursuant such policynext.

Vacation. The During the Term, Employee shall be entitled to annual four weeks of vacation per year, without any loss of compensation or benefits. Employee shall be entitled to carry forward any unused vacation time. At the end of the Term, Employee shall be paid for any unused vacation time of four (4) weeks, accruing ratably over based on his Base Compensation in effect for the course of each last contract year of employment, to be taken at such time or times as the Employee may select, consistent with his obligations hereunder. Vacation. The Employee shall be entitled to annual a period of four weeks’ paid vacation per calendar year. The Employee will provide the Employer with reasonable written notice of his intention to take any vacation days. The Employee shall be allowed to accumulate one week’s vacation per year from the previous year but at no time of four (4) weeks, accruing ratably over the course of each year of employment, to be taken at such time or times as shall the Employee may select, consistent with his obligations hereunder. Vacation. The Employee will also be entitled to the course of each year of employment, to be taken at such time or times as the Employee may select, consistent with his obligations hereunderpaid holidays and other paid leave set forth in Company's policies. The Employee shall not be entitled to carry forward from one year to another untaken vacation time unless expressly agreed between MBR and the Company’s vacation policy to the following fiscal year pursuant such policyEmployee.

Vacation. The During the Term of Employment, Employee shall be entitled to annual paid vacation time of four (4) weeksweeks paid vacation per calendar year, accruing ratably over the course of each year of employmentand shall be entitled to as many holidays, to be taken at such time or times sick days and personal days as the Employee may select, consistent are in accordance with his obligations hereunder. Vacation days not taken during an applicable fiscal year may be carried over to the extent permitted under the Company’s vacation policy then in effect generally for its employees. Vacation time will be accrued at a rate of 30 days per month and will not carry over from year to the following fiscal year pursuant such policyyear.

Vacation. The During the Employment Period, Employee shall be entitled to annual not less than four weeks of paid vacation per year or such greater number of vacation days as may be permitted in accordance with Holdings' vacation policy (as from time of four (4to time amended) weeks, accruing ratably over the course of each year of employment, for senior executives in general. Employee shall not be entitled to be taken at such accumulate or carryover unused vacation time or times as the Employee may select, consistent with his obligations hereunder. The During the term of the Employee's employment, the Employee shall be entitled to annual paid vacation time of four (4) weeks, accruing ratably over the course weeks of paid vacation each year of employment, to calendar year. Any vacation shall be taken at such time the reasonable and mutual convenience of the Company and the Employee. Accrued vacation not taken in any calendar year will not be carried forward or times as used in any subsequent calendar year, subject to Section 4, and the Employee may select, consistent with his obligations hereundershall not be entitled to receive pay in lieu of accrued but unused vacation in any calendar year. The Employee shall be entitled to annual paid vacation time of (i) four (4) weeksweeks of paid vacation annually (pro rated from the Effective Date through the end of 2013), accruing ratably over and (ii) all federal and state holidays generally observed by the course of each Company. Unused vacation time in any year of employment, to shall be taken at such time or times as the Employee may select, consistent with his obligations hereunder. Vacation days forfeited and shall not taken during an applicable fiscal year may be carried carry over to the extent permitted under next year. The timing of paid vacations shall be scheduled in a manner reasonably acceptable to the Company’s vacation policy to the following fiscal year pursuant such policy.

Vacation. The Employee shall be entitled to annual paid vacation time of four (4) weeksweeks of vacation in each fiscal year, accruing ratably over the course of each year of employment, to be taken at provided that such time or times as the Employee may select, consistent with his obligations hereunder. Vacation days not taken during an applicable fiscal year amount may be carried over increased from time to time as determined by the extent permitted under Compensation Committee at its discretion, and provided that such vacation shall be earned and used by Employee in accordance with the Company’s vacation policy as it may change from time to the following fiscal year pursuant such policytime. The Employee shall also be entitled to all paid holidays and personal days given by Company to its employees generally.

Vacation. The Employee shall be entitled to annual paid 4 weeks of vacation time of four (4) weeksper calendar year, accruing ratably over at the beginning of each calendar year. Such vacation may be taken at any time during the course of each year that calendar year, at Employee's discretion, as long as it does not interfere with the normal course of employment, to business. Employee's regular salary shall be taken at such time or times as the Employee may select, consistent with his obligations hereunder. Vacation days not taken paid during an applicable fiscal year may be carried over to the extent permitted under the Company’s this vacation policy to the following fiscal year pursuant such policyperiod.
