VACATIONS FOR PART-TIME EMPLOYEES. Em ployees who normally work less than thirty-two (32) hours per week must have accumulated at least eight hundred (800) hours in each year to qualify for a vacation under (a) of this Section, and must have ac cumulated at least four hundred (400) hours to qualify for pro rata vacation under 3rd paragraph of (a) of this Section. Said vacation in either case shall be com puted on the basis of the average number of hours worked per week during the periods.
