Variation Fee. Variation Fee. Fee for additional services as a result of Variations, if any, shall be determined taking into account the calculations and fees under Annex B: Technical Specification and Annex K: AsBo’s Financial Proposal. Furthermore, such Fee shall be consistent with the market practice and proportionate to the Fee for Assignments with similar scope under the Agreement, if any. Variations not resulting in additional services or works, including Variations related to the timeline of the provision of the Services under the Inception Report, shall not result in additional fees or compensation of Costs.

Variation Fee. The Borrower will pay to each Bank on the date of its execution of this Deed a variation fee of 0.20% flat on its Commitment.

Variation Fee. (b) If You vary Your booking, other than by varying the Tour Departure Date, You must pay a variation fee of $50.00. This fee is on account of administrative expenses incurred by Us in varying Your Tour and is a genuine and reasonable estimate of Our expenses.

Actual Cost $80.00 Debit card fee We will charge you this fee when you make a payment on your Loan by debit card. The fee for each payment will be $0.36c plus 1.63% of the payment amount. Recovery Costs We will charge you any costs charged by third parties relating to your Loan or this Agreement (e.g. repossession agent, legal provider, repairer). We can provide copies of the invoices on request. $0.36c plus 1.63% of the payment amount Actual Cost FEES AND COSTS ADDED TO LOAN BALANCE If we charge you any of the above fees or costs, we will add that amount to the Loan principal. That means we will charge interest on that amount until you pay it. *Fees may be changed under clause 12.2(b)(ii) of the General Terms.
Variation Fee. A Loan Facility Agreement Variation fee of $50.00 will apply, and will be capitalised to the Facility Amount drawn down.
