Vehicle History Reports. Vehicle history reports from an accepted industry source regarding the history and condition of a vehicle (“Vehicle History Reports”) are required on all Vehicles listed for sale on the TradeRev System. TradeRev is not responsible for the accuracy of Vehicle History Reports. Vehicle History Reports must meet the following minimum standards: a) Insured claims history of Accident Repair from each province where Vehicle has been registered including claim amount; b) Ownership and registration history including title branding and odometer history (all provinces and U.S.); c) Vehicle import records (if applicable); d) Canadian Police Information Centre (CPIC) data; e) Disclosure data from the Vehicle History Report must be made available to bidders prior to sale; f) Vehicle History Report must be available in both English and French for Vehicles offered for sale to Quebec bidders; and g) Vehicle History Report must be made available to Buyer for a reasonable period of time after the Vehicle is marked Won in the TradeRev System (hard copy or downloadable print format).

Vehicle History Reports. EBlock provides reporting integration for Buyers and Sellers. With or without this integration, Sellers are bound to properly disclose all Material Facts about a Vehicle they are offering for sale. Sellers are responsible to ensure all Material Facts are disclosed in the Condition Report. EBlock is not responsible for any inaccurate information provided by reports or any Vehicle History provider. Vehicle history reports are not binding for Arbitration.

Vehicle History Reports. To augment DPPA Data with accident data, odometer readings, emission readings or state issued vehicle brand data for the purpose of developing a ‘Vehicle History Report’ competing against AutoCheck and CARFAX by providing vehicle valuations to potential buyers, sellers, dealers, original equipment manufacturers (“OEMs”), auction houses or financers of automobiles.

Related to Vehicle History Reports

  • Inventory Reports Within 15 days after the close of each fiscal month of Customer, a copy of the Inventory Report (as and to the extent applicable, breaking out Inventory by location, and separately reporting any work in process) of Customer as of the end of such fiscal month;

  • Regulatory Reports Since January 1, 2013, Company and its Subsidiaries have duly filed with the FRB, the FDIC, the Florida Office of Financial Regulation and any other applicable Governmental Authority, in correct form, the reports and other documents required to be filed under applicable Laws and regulations and have paid all fees and assessments due and payable in connection therewith, and such reports were, in all material respects, complete and accurate and in compliance with the requirements of applicable Laws and regulations. Other than normal examinations conducted by a Governmental Authority in the Ordinary Course of Business of Company and its Subsidiaries, no Governmental Authority has notified Company or any of its Subsidiaries that it has initiated or has pending any proceeding or, to Company’s Knowledge, threatened an investigation into the business or operations of Company or any of its Subsidiaries since January 1, 2013 that would reasonably be expected to be material. There is no material unresolved violation, criticism, or exception by any Governmental Authority with respect to any report or statement relating to any examinations or inspections of Company or any of its Subsidiaries. There have been no material formal or informal inquiries by, or disagreements or disputes with, any Governmental Authority with respect to the business, operations, policies or procedures of Company or any of its Subsidiaries since January 1, 2013.

  • Progress Reports and Invoices The goals of this subtask are to: (1) periodically verify that satisfactory and continued progress is made towards achieving the project objectives of this Agreement; and (2) ensure that invoices contain all required information and are submitted in the appropriate format. • Submit a monthly Progress Report to the CAM. Each progress report must: o Summarize progress made on all Agreement activities as specified in the scope of work for the preceding month, including accomplishments, problems, milestones, products, schedule, fiscal status, and an assessment of the ability to complete the Agreement within the current budget and any anticipated cost overruns.   • COPIES OF REGULATORY REPORTS AND FILINGS Upon reasonable request, Competitive Supplier shall provide to the Town a copy of each public periodic or incident-related report or record relating to this ESA which it files with any Massachusetts or federal agency regulating rates, service, compliance with environmental laws, or compliance with affirmative action and equal opportunity requirements, unless the Competitive Supplier is required by law or regulation to keep such reports confidential. The Town shall treat any reports and/or filings received from Competitive Supplier as confidential information subject to the terms of Article 16. Competitive Supplier shall be reimbursed its reasonable costs of providing such copies.

  • Research Reports Distributor acknowledges that Dealer may prepare research reports relating to the Fund that are not to be used for marketing purposes (“Research Reports”). Distributor hereby authorizes Dealer to use the name of the Fund, Distributor and BAAM in Research Reports.

  • Regulatory Reporting Ultimus agrees to provide reports to the federal and applicable state authorities, including the SEC, and to the Funds’ Auditors. Applicable state authorities are those governmental agencies located in states in which the Fund is registered to sell shares.

  • Search Reports The Administrative Agent shall have received the results of UCC and other search reports from one or more commercial search firms acceptable to the Administrative Agent, listing all of the effective financing statements filed against any Credit Party, together with copies of such financing statements.

  • Information Packages As soon as available and in any event not later than two (2) Business Days prior to each Settlement Date, an Information Package as of the most recently completed Fiscal Month.

  • Special Reports and Services (i) Ultimus may provide additional special reports upon the request of the Trust or a Portfolio's investment adviser, which may result in an additional charge, the amount of which shall be agreed upon between the parties. (ii) Ultimus may provide such other similar services with respect to a Portfolio as may be reasonably requested by the Trust, which may result in an additional charge, the amount of which shall be agreed upon between the parties.
