Ventilation; Heating and Air-Conditioning. Ventilation, as shown on the Construction Plans, to the Premises, and air-conditioning and heating to the Premises in season, Monday through Friday, except holidays generally recognized in the City of San Francisco, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and at the temperatures and in the amounts as City deems reasonably necessary, subject to applicable Legal Requirements. Tenant will not alter, adjust, tamper with, or in any manner affect the installations or facilities supplying climate control to the Building or the Premises.

Ventilation; Heating and Air-Conditioning. Ventilation to the License Area, and air-conditioning and heating to the License Area in season, Monday through Friday, except holidays generally recognized in the City of San Francisco, from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and at the temperatures and in the amounts as City deems reasonably necessary for the comfortable occupancy of the License Area, subject to applicable Laws. No member of Licensee nor its Agents or Invitees may alter, adjust, tamper with, or in any manner affect the installations or facilities supplying climate control to the Building or the License Area.

  • Air Conditioning If the Apartment has been provided with a ledge for split air conditioning system with suitable provision for keeping outdoor units of the AC system and also the route to take refrigerant piping, which the Allottee shall have to strictly follow while installing AC units

  • Ventilation Where noxious or poisonous gases may accumulate, the City shall provide proper protection and ventilation. Proper lighting and ventilation shall be provided for all enclosed working spaces. All work in enclosed and confined spaces shall be performed in accordance with applicable Federal, State and local regulations. Spray painting shall be done only by qualified painters.

  • Elevators Landlord shall provide passenger elevator service during normal business hours to Tenant in common with Landlord and all other tenants. Landlord shall provide limited passenger service at other times, except in case of an emergency.

  • Outdoor Lighting 3.8.1 Lighting shall be directed to driveways, parking areas, loading area, building entrances and walkways and shall be arranged so as to divert the light away from streets, adjacent lots and buildings.

  • Electrical Provide drawings for the following systems:

  • HVAC A. Heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment will be provided with sufficient capacity to accommodate a maximum population density of one (1) person per one hundred fifty (150) square feet of useable floor area served, and a combined lighting and standard electrical load of 3.0 xxxxx per square foot of useable floor area. In the event Tenant introduces into the Premises personnel or equipment which overloads the system’s ability to adequately perform its proper functions, Landlord shall so notify Tenant in writing and supplementary system(s) may be required and installed by Landlord at Tenant’s expense, if within fifteen (15) days Tenant has not modified its use so as not to cause such overload.
