Venue and Law. The laws of the State of California will govern this Agreement. Should either party institute legal suit or action arising out of this Agreement, it is stipulated that the venue of such suit or action shall be in Monterey County, California.
Venue and Law. Any action between the parties to enforce any of the provisions of this Agreement shall be filed and decided in the Superior Court of King County, State of Washington. The terms of this Agreement shall be construed according to the laws of the State of Washington.
Venue and Law. This Agreement shall be construed and governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflicts of laws or principles. Both parties agree that any disputes as to how this Agreement shall be interpreted or construed, including questions relating to the contents, termination, scope and breach thereof, and any query or dispute arising out of this Order Form, shall be brought in a court sitting in Orange County, California, and they both consent to the jurisdiction of those court.
Venue and Law. Venue for any action under this contract shall be in Pierce County, Washington. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
Venue and Law. Venue for any action brought under this lease agreement shall only be in Palm Beach County, Florida, and this lease agreement shall be construed according to the laws of the State of Florida. The parties waive trial by jury.
Venue and Law. Claims, disputes and other matters in question arising out of or relating to this Agreement that are not resolved by mediation, shall be decided by a legal or equitable non-jury court action, with the parties hereto agreeing that venue for any such action shall be in the State of Texas court of competent jurisdiction situated in Harris County, Texas, and this Agreement shall be governed by the law of the State of Texas. The parties do hereby knowingly, voluntarily, and intentionally waive any right either may have to a trial by jury in respect to any action, proceeding, claim, counterclaim or any other legal proceeding based on this Agreement or arising out of or in connection with any work performed under this Agreement.
Venue and Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California. In the event of any legal action to enforce or interpret this Agreement, the sole and exclusive venue shall be a court of competent jurisdiction located in Orange County, California, and the Parties hereto agree to and do hereby submit to the jurisdiction of such court, notwithstanding Code of Civil Procedure Section 394.
Venue and Law. Any and all claims against the Releasees, whether arising in contract, tort or other body of law arising under or relating in any manner to my participation in the Program or relating to this Release and Permission Agreement, as well as any claim asserted by me or anyone claiming a right derived from me against AJC, shall be brought only in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, County of New York, or the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. All such claims shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York without giving regard to conflict of law principles. This Release contains the entire agreement between the parties to this Release. This Release supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings and negotiations regarding its subject matter. This Release shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, and shall be as broad and inclusive as permitted by such laws. If any provisions of this Release are held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall notwithstanding continue in full force and legal effect.
Venue and Law. This loan agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Danish law and any disputes shall be settled by Danish courts.
Venue and Law. The Parties acknowledge and agree that they entered into this Guaranty in the State of Minnesota and that the Agreement should be construed, enforced and performed pursuant to the laws of the State of Minnesota without reference to principles of conflicts of law. All claims or actions related to this Agreement must be brought in the state or federal court located in Hennepin County, Minnesota, and the Parties agree that personal jurisdiction and venue in such jurisdiction are proper.
