Verification of Units. Within thirty (30) days after receipt of a Member’s written request, the LLC will provide such Member with a statement evidencing his, her or its ownership of Units in the LLC. This verification will serve the sole purpose of verifying the Member’s interest in the LLC and shall not constitute a certificated security, negotiable instrument or other vehicle by which to effectuate a transfer of Units.

Verification of Units. Units are to be verified by official transcript or official credit certificate from an accredited institution of higher learning only. An official seal or stamp is required to make said document official. No more than one (1) transcript shall be required by the District for a column movement unless more than one (1) institution is involved in the credit verification. Continuing education units are not counted as credits for column advancement.

  • Verification of the Registration of E - Bidders 6.1. Registration shall subject to verification and approval of the Auctioneer’s website and subject further to bank’s clearance of deposit payment. Registered E-Bidders hold the utmost responsibility in the privacy and confidentiality of the given user ID and password. In the event of given user ID and password disclosed to any other person at any time intentionally or unintentionally, the registered E-bidders must notify immediately to the Auctioneer.
