TRIP END HAIL. The trip-end hail report must be submitted at least 6 hours in advance of 8 landing for all trips at least 6 hours in duration or occurring more than 6 hours from port. 9 For shorter trips, the trip-end hail reports must be submitted within sufficient in 10 consultation with NMFS Office of Law Enforcement. An alternative timing for the trip end 11 hail may be implemented during FY 2021 or 2022 if agreed upon by the sector, the 12 monitoring provider, and NMFS. Institution and Investigator will assign and shall ensure all Research Staff assign all right, title, and interest in and to such Inventions and all intellectual property rights with respect thereto, to Sponsor or its Designee (any person designated by the Sponsor in writing who undertakes activities on behalf of the Sponsor in relation to the Study, which may include an Affiliate or the Contract research organization), free and clear of all liens, claims, and encumbrances. All such property is intended to be the result of “work for hire” for the benefit of Sponsor.
