Video Surveillance. (a) For security purposes and to ensure the safety of our member and staff, TQ Fitness uses video surveillance equipment to monitor the Facilities on a 24 hour basis. (b) By accepting this Agreement you acknowledge that by accessing the Facilities you will be subject to video surveillance and recording. (c) Video surveillance is limited to the floor area only, and is not within the walls of the bathrooms. (d) Please visit TAFE Queensland’s Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, store and use your personal information.
