For information requests, ACS agrees to provide the data within one (1) business day using this process. ACS will provide data for a maximum of five (5) accounts or fifty (50) lines per day. If requests exceed five (5) accounts or fifty (50) lines per day, AFS and ACS shall negotiate the return dates.

View Customer Record. ACS-ANC will provide an electronic interface for LEVEL 3 to obtain customer data. For information requests that cannot be provided through the electronic interface, ACS-ANC agrees to provide the data within one (1) business day using an alternate data gathering process. ACS-ANC will provide data via the alternate process for a maximum of five (5) accounts or 50 lines per day. If requests requiring alternate processes exceed five (5) accounts or 50 lines per day ACS-ANC and LEVEL 3 shall negotiate the return dates.

  • Customer Records Customer grants to Cisco and its independent accountants the right to examine Xxxxxxxx's books, records and accounts during Customer's normal business hours to verify compliance with this Agreement. In the event such audit discloses non-compliance with this Agreement, Customer shall promptly pay to Cisco the appropriate license fees, plus the reasonable cost of conducting the audit.

  • To Customer To the extent Goods or any of their substances fall within the scope of other chemical control regulations, Supplier confirms and represents that the Goods or any of their substances, are fully compliant with these regulations.

  • Contractor Records A. Maintenance Contractor shall maintain a file of all documents, records, communications, notes and other materials relating to the Work (the “Contractor Records”) performed by the Contractor and any Subcontractors, that are required to ensure proper performance of that Work. Contractor shall maintain Contractor Records until the last to occur of: (i) the date 3 years after the date this Participating Addendum expires or is terminated, (ii) final payment under this Participating Addendum is made, (iii) the resolution of any pending Contract matters, or (iv) if an audit is occurring, or Contractor has received notice that an audit is pending, the date such audit is completed and its findings have been resolved (the “Record Retention Period”).

  • Business Customers These Terms and Conditions apply to business customers only.

  • Customer Feedback The contractor is expected to establish and maintain professional communication between its employees and customers. The primary objective of this communication is customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is the most significant external indicator of the success and effectiveness of all services provided and can be measured through customer complaints and surveys. Performance management drives the contractor to be customer focused through initially and internally addressing customer complaints and investigating the issues and/or problems but the customer always has the option to communicate complaints to the PM, as opposed to the contractor. Customer feedback may also be obtained either from the results of formal customer satisfaction surveys or from random customer complaints. Any customer complaints will be investigated by the PM using the Quality Assurance Monitoring Form – Customer Complaint Investigation, identified in Attachment A4.

  • End User An “End User” is you, an individual or entity, which receives the Models from Licensee or Authorized Licensee User pursuant to this End User Agreement to use in the regular course of your affairs, but not for resale, modification, distribution or exploitation by third parties without AnyLogic’s prior written consent.

  • Access to Customer Data You agree that we may, for the purposes of providing Maintenance and Customer Support and/or for the purpose of otherwise protecting the integrity of the Software, access and/or download your Customer Data on a limited basis.
