Common use of Vision Reimbursement Plan Clause in Contracts

Vision Reimbursement Plan. Employees shall also be eligible for the Vision Reimbursement Plan subject to the following criteria: The employee is eligible for reimbursement after six (6) months of continuous employment working at least fifty percent (50%) of the normal full-time pay period for the job classification.
