Vocational Counsellor. Student Supervision Level 12 Vocational Counsellor – Chief (Master's) Xxxxx 00 Note: Disciplines that require a Baccalaureate Degree shall be paid no lower than Grid Level 8. *NB – In accordance with Appendix A (r) of the Memorandum of Agreement Re: HSPBA Classification Redesign – Interim Agreement, in year 2 or 3 of the term of this collective agreement, the Appendix A Working Group will identify staff level Industry-Wide Miscellaneous Rates positions that work without general supervision. The Working Group will then evaluate the cost of coding up these professionals for the time that they are working without general supervision. The Working Group will determine how fully the applicable compensation levels can be applied and the date that the compensation will be implemented on a go-forward basis.   • Human Resources (i) Advice and assistance in relation to the staffing of Party B, including assistance in the recruitment, employment and secondment of management personnel, administrative personnel and staff of Party B;

The Managing Director shall be appointed by the Board of Governors from among candidates having the nationality of an ESM Member, relevant international experience and a high level of competence in economic and financial matters.
