Voice Service Provided. The Voice Service provides a voice connection to the public switched telephone network using voice over internet protocol technology, together with various other related features and functionalities. Atlantic Broadband may offer various service options from time to time, which may include flat-rated or metered calling or combinations of flat and metered calling. Atlantic Broadband’s most current services are set forth in Atlantic Broadband’s product description, which may be updated or changed from time to time. The Voice Service may also include various calling features (for example, Call Waiting, Call Forwarding, Caller ID, etc.), and international calls with per minute metered rates. Subscriber provided equipment, including telephones, fax machines, and/or computer dial up modems access the Voice Service using Atlantic Broadband Equipment. You understand and agree you are prohibited from reselling the Voice Service or Atlantic Broadband Equipment or using them for dialup Internet service to a long distance number, autodialing, international dial back, continuous or extensive calling forwarding, telemarketing, fax broadcasting, fax blasting, or any use inconsistent with normal call patterns. If Atlantic Broadband determines, in its sole discretion, that your Voice Service or Atlantic Broadband Equipment is being used for any of the aforementioned activities or in the event of an excessive number of calls or minutes of use, Atlantic Broadband reserves the right to terminate your Voice Service immediately and without notice or to assess additional charges for each month in which excessive usage occurred. You understand that Atlantic Broadband will set limits, in its sole discretion, on the amount and length of time voice mail messages may be saved and that neither Atlantic Broadband nor any of its third party providers will be liable for any lost, erased or non-delivered voice mail messages.

You understand and agree you are prohibited from reselling the Voice Service or the TVC Equipment or using them for dialup Internet service to a long distance number, autodialing, international dial back, continuous or extensive calling forwarding, telemarketing, fax broadcasting, fax blasting, or any use inconsistent with normal call patterns. TVC reserves the right to immediately terminate or modify the service without prior notice if TVC concludes, at its sole discretion, that the Voice Service is being used for any unauthorized use or in any unauthorized or objectionable manner. You understand that TVC will set limits, in its sole discretion, on the amount and length of time voice mail messages may be saved and that neither TVC nor any of its third party providers will be liable for any lost, erased or non-delivered voice mail messages.

  • Service Provided 2.1 AT&T OKLAHOMA will use the practices and procedures and the rules and regulations applicable to its provision of White Pages directories on a nondiscriminatory basis. AT&T OKLAHOMA will include in appropriate White Pages directories the primary alphabetical listings of all CLEC customers (other than non-published or non-list Customers) located within the local directory area. When CLEC provides its subscriber listing information to AT&T OKLAHOMA’s listings database, CLEC will receive for its End User, one primary listing in AT&T OKLAHOMA’s White Pages directory and a listing in AT&T OKLAHOMA’s directory assistance database. 2.2 CLEC will furnish to AT&T OKLAHOMA subscriber listing information pertaining to CLEC customers located within the AT&T OKLAHOMA local directory area, along with such additional information as AT&T OKLAHOMA may require to prepare and print the alphabetical listings of said directory. AT&T OKLAHOMA will accept listing information from CLEC according to the manual and mechanized listing methods, procedures and ordering instructions provided via the CLEC Online website. CLEC agrees to submit listing information via the mechanized process within six (6) months of the effective date of this Attachment, or upon CLEC reaching a volume of two hundred (200) listing updates per day, whichever comes first. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CLEC may continue to manually submit directory listing information for complex caption sets with two (2) or greater degrees of indent. CLEC will submit listing information within three (3) Business Days of installation, disconnection or other change in service (including change of non-listed or non-published status) affecting the Directory Assistance database or the directory listing of a CLEC retail end users. AT&T OKLAHOMA shall process CLEC orders for updates to subscriber listing information within three (3) Business Days of receipt. CLEC must submit all listing information intended for publication by the directory close date. Both parties will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of the submission and processing of the listing updates. 2.3 AT&T OKLAHOMA will include the listing information for CLEC’s customers for Resale services in AT&T OKLAHOMA’s White Pages directory database in the same manner as it includes listing information for AT&T OKLAHOMA’s end user customers. 2.4 AT&T OKLAHOMA will provide, via the AT&T CLEC Online web site, the directory listing criteria, methods, procedures and ordering information to CLEC for White Pages listings and will provide changes to such criteria not later than thirty (30) days in advance of such changes becoming effective. This information will include, but not be limited to: 2.4.1 Business rules for standard White Pages listings (e.g., space restrictions, non-listed and non- published listings, abbreviated listings, secondary, additional and foreign listings); 2.4.2 Business rules for residential Enhanced White Pages (e.g., bold, indent, italics) listings available. 2.5 Publication schedules for the White Pages: CLEC can access via the AT&T CLEC Online website, the directory close dates for areas where CLEC is providing local service. AT&T OKLAHOMA will provide directory schedule updates, including the directory schedule for a new calendar year, not later than thirty

  • The Service Provider upon receipt of a notice contemplated under clause 19.1 shall discontinue the supply of all services or goods under this Agreement, to the extent specified, and on the date specified in the notice.

Likewise if such Hosting contributes to or directly causes a Security Incident, Supplier shall be responsible for the obligations set forth in Appendix 1, as applicable. 14 Change Management

  • Service Providing Methodology 1.3.1 Party A and Party B agree that during the term of this Agreement, where necessary, Party B may enter into further service agreements with Party A or any other party designated by Party A, which shall provide the specific contents, manner, personnel, and fees for the specific services. 1.3.2 To fulfill this Agreement, Party A and Party B agree that during the term of this Agreement, where necessary, Party B may enter into equipment or property leases with Party A or any other party designated by Party A which shall permit Party B to use Party A’s relevant equipment or property based on the needs of the business of Party B. 1.3.3 Party B hereby grants to Party A an irrevocable and exclusive option to purchase from Party B, at Party A’s sole discretion, any or all of the assets and business of Party B, to the extent permitted under PRC law, at the lowest purchase price permitted by PRC law. The Parties shall then enter into a separate assets or business transfer agreement, specifying the terms and conditions of the transfer of the assets.

  • Hosted Services 3.1 The Provider hereby grants to the Customer a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use the Hosted Services for the business purposes of the Customer in accordance with the Documentation during the Term. 3.2 The Provider shall create an Account for the Customer and shall provide to the Customer login details for that Account to enable the Customer to configure and administer the Hosted Services and enable registration of Customer End Users. 3.3 Except to the extent expressly permitted in this Agreement or required by law on a non- excludable basis, the licence granted by the Provider to the Customer under Clause 3.1 is subject to the following prohibitions: (a) the Customer must not sub-license its right to use the Hosted Services; (b) the Customer must not make any alteration to the Platform; and (c) the Customer must not conduct or request that any other person conduct any load testing or penetration testing on the Platform or Hosted Services without the prior written consent of the Provider. 3.5 The Customer shall use reasonable endeavours, including appropriate organisational and technical measures relating to Account access details, to ensure that no unauthorised person may gain access to the Hosted Services using an Account. 3.6 The parties acknowledge and agree that Schedule 2 (Availability SLA) shall govern the availability of the Hosted Services. 3.7 The Customer must ensure that all persons using the Hosted Services with the authority of the Customer or by means of an Account comply with the Terms Of Use. 3.8 The Customer must not use the Hosted Services in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the Hosted Services or Platform or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the Hosted Services. 3.9 The Customer must not use the Hosted Services: (a) in any way that is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful; or (b) in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity. 3.10 For the avoidance of doubt, the Customer has no right to access the software code (including object code, intermediate code and source code) of the Platform, either during or after the Term. 3.11 The Provider may suspend the provision of the Hosted Services if any amount due to be paid by the Customer to AWS for the benefit of the Provider under this Agreement is overdue, and the Provider has given to the Customer at least 30 days' written notice, following the amount becoming overdue, of its intention to suspend the Hosted Services on this basis.

  • Directory Assistance Service Updates 8.3.3.1 BellSouth shall update end user listings changes daily. These changes include: 8.3.3.1.1 New end user connections 3.3.1.2 End user disconnections

  • Voice Information Service Traffic 5.1 For purposes of this Section 5, (a) Voice Information Service means a service that provides [i] recorded voice announcement information or [ii] a vocal discussion program open to the public, and (b) Voice Information Service Traffic means intraLATA switched voice traffic, delivered to a Voice Information Service. Voice Information Service Traffic does not include any form of Internet Traffic. Voice Information Service Traffic also does not include 555 traffic or similar traffic with AIN service interfaces, which traffic shall be subject to separate arrangements between the Parties. Voice Information Service Traffic is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation charges under Section 7 of the Interconnection Attachment. 5.2 If a ECI Customer is served by resold Verizon dial tone line Telecommunications Service or a Verizon Local Switching UNE, to the extent reasonably feasible, Verizon will route Voice Information Service Traffic originating from such Service or UNE to the appropriate Voice Information Service connected to Verizon’s network unless a feature blocking such Voice Information Service Traffic has been installed. For such Voice Information Service Traffic, ECI shall pay to Verizon without discount any Voice Information Service provider charges billed by Verizon to ECI. ECI shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not ECI collects such charges from its Customer. 5.3 ECI shall have the option to route Voice Information Service Traffic that originates on its own network to the appropriate Voice Information Service connected to Verizon’s network. In the event ECI exercises such option, ECI will establish, at its own expense, a dedicated trunk group to the Verizon Voice Information Service serving switch. This trunk group will be utilized to allow ECI to route Voice Information Service Traffic originated on its network to Verizon. For such Voice Information Service Traffic, unless ECI has entered into a written agreement with Verizon under which ECI will collect from ECI’s Customer and remit to Verizon the Voice Information Service provider’s charges, ECI shall pay to Verizon without discount any Voice Information Service provider charges billed by Verizon to ECI. ECI shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not ECI collects such charges from its own Customer.
