Common use of Voluntary Group Life Insurance Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Group Life Insurance. ‌ (a) new employees who apply for coverage in excess of $30,000; (b) any existing employee who applies for additional voluntary group life insurance; (c) all applications for spousal coverage. The full cost of this Voluntary Group Life Insurance will be borne by the employee with the Employer making the necessary payroll deductions.
