Voluntary Payroll Deductions. The County shall develop whatever computer mechanisms are necessary to accommodate voluntary payroll deductions which will be authorized in writing by bargaining unit employees. A. Up to three (3) code items may be requested by the Union and will be implemented by the County as soon as possible after County receives notification from the Union. B. Deductions may be a percentage or a fixed dollar amount. C. Individual employees may change the amount of a deduction or make other individual changes no more than one (1) time in a four- (4) month period. D. If additional deduction codes are requested by the Union, the Union agrees to pay the cost for the changes.
