Voluntary Reassignment – Juvenile Institution Officers paragraph C (Eligibility to Bid for Reassignment) who is performing satisfactorily in their current position and meets all the minimum qualifications for the position including any specialized requirements such as bilingual ability, position flag requirements, and who submits a bid on the position.
