Common use of Voluntary Residency Assignment Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Residency Assignment. A State Police Unit member who voluntarily agrees to reside within a particular town as designated by and at the request of the Department, for a minimum two (2)-year period, shall receive a payment of one hundred thirty-eight dollars and forty-six cents ($138.46) per pay period in lieu of any office allowance.
