Voluntary Termination by Licensee. Licensee shall have the right to terminate this Agreement upon at least six (6) months prior written notice to WuXi Biologics, and upon payment of all undisputed amounts due to WuXi Biologics through such termination effective date.
Voluntary Termination by Licensee. LICENSEE shall have the right to terminate this Agreement any time by written notice at least six (6) months in advance and fully settle all payments due to LICENSOR on or before the effective date of termination. In no event shall the termination of the Agreement release LICENSEE from the obligation to pay any amounts that became due on or before the effective date of termination.
Voluntary Termination by Licensee. Licensee may stop using the Service at any time. Because the auction service relies on an escrow account, there is no account to close. If Licensee wishes to terminate their Mock Auction account, they may email Exhaustless. If Licensee terminates use of the Service, it will not have access to the primary, secondary, or tertiary airspace reservation market at airports which Exhaustless provides the Service. Any licensing fees or auction premiums paid by Licensee prior to termination are nonrefundable. Termination of Licensee’s Account shall not relieve Licensee of any obligation to pay any accrued fees or charges. Congestion-Prevention Premium charges will continue to be charged to passenger airfare and to shippers at large and medium hub airports with excess demand, regardless of Licensee’s termination of using the Service.
Voluntary Termination by Licensee. Licensee may terminate the Term by giving Licensor written notice of such termination at least ninety (90) days prior to the effective date of such termination.

If Licensee terminates this Agreement under this provision, Licensor will not be under any obligation to return any portion of the consideration paid by Licensee to Licensor.
Voluntary Termination by Licensee. Each Licensee shall have the right to terminate this Agreement, for any reason, (i) upon at least 3 (three) months prior written notice to MI and the other Licensees, such notice to state the date at least 3 (three) months in the future upon which termination is to be effective, and (ii) upon payment of all amounts due by such Licensee to MI accrued prior to such termination effective date. Termination of this Agreement by a Licensee shall not be deemed to terminate this Agreement for any other Licensee.
Voluntary Termination by Licensee. 11.1 Licensee shall have the right at any time to terminate this Agreement in its entirety or as to any country by giving 120 days advance Notice of Termination thereof in writing to Rutgers, pursuant to Section 19. 11.2 Any termination pursuant to the above section shall not relieve Licensee of any obligation or liability accrued hereunder prior to such termination or rescind anything done by Licensee or being filed separately with the Securities and Exchange Commission. *** 35

Licensee shall have the right to terminate this Agreement, for any reason, upon (a) at least ninety (90) days prior written notice to Licensor, such notice to state the date at least ninety (90) days in the future upon which termination is to be effective and (b) payment of all amounts and Fees due to Licensor through such termination effective date.
