Common use of Volunteer Training Clause in Contracts

Volunteer Training. Any Unit 10 Fish and Game employee who has approval to serve as a volunteer deputized Fish and Game Warden must complete the appropriate training required by Penal Code Section 832. If a volunteer, deputized warden has approval to carry a firearm, the employee must complete firearms training required by Penal Code Section 832.
