VOTE/COPE and NYSUT Member Benefit Trust. The District shall deduct and remit payments to the VOTE/COPE and the NYSUT Benefit Trust upon submission of a signed authorization to the payroll office for anyone within the Association. Such signed authorization may be discontinued at the end of its term upon written notice by the unit member to the District. The District shall remit to the VOTE/COPE and the NYSUT Benefit Trust the payments deducted and shall furnish the Plan and the Association with a list of all unit members from whose salaries such deductions have been made. The Association and its individual unit members agree to indemnify and hold the District and its agents completely harmless from any and all claims which may result from the implementation of this clause.

  • Membership Benefits The benefits of CamCare programs are available only while your membership is current and active. Benefits are term year specific so they can only be used during the current active plan agreement period.   • Domestic Partner Benefits An employee seeking to obtain benefit coverage for the employee’s domestic partner and the child(ren) of that domestic partner must satisfy all of VEHI’s current eligibility criteria and submit an affidavit in the format required by XXXX, all as posted on VEHI’s website, to the district business office.
